It does what it says. I get around 5 days before needing to reapply and I live in NW Queensland where it gets pretty hot and humid. I have just replaced my last little pot which lasted me nearly a year. Amazing!

The “tism” makes me extremely sensitive to strong smells like BO, this actually really helps with the funk. At the beginning it takes a few applications to fully work while your body adjusts and then you’re good unless you forget to order some more in time and have to wait until the new order arrives. It always gets delivered super fast thankfully. It’s not an antiperspirant so you’re still gonna smell your sweat, just be aware of that. I sweat A LOT so still have to wear an antiperspirant on top of this to help with that issue but my gawds it reduced BO like nothing I’ve ever tried.
